These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website wildliferemovalasap.com and the services provided by ASAP Pest and Wildlife Removal ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

ASAP Pest and Wildlife Removal provides pest control, wildlife removal, exclusion, disinfection, and related services to residential and commercial properties in the Metro Atlanta area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Wildlife trapping and humane relocation
• Pest control and extermination
• Entry point exclusion and sealing
• Attic and crawl space disinfection and cleanup
• Dead animal removal and sanitization
• Commercial pest and wildlife management

All services are performed by licensed professionals in compliance with Georgia Department of Natural Resources and Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations. Service scope and pricing are determined after an on-site inspection.

Payment Terms

• A free initial inspection is provided for most services.
• After inspection, you will receive a written estimate with pricing options.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Past-due accounts may be subject to collection fees and interest as permitted by Georgia law.

Warranty

Exclusion and sealing work is backed by a warranty as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by project and are outlined in writing before work begins. Warranty coverage applies only to entry points sealed by ASAP Pest and Wildlife Removal and does not cover new entry points created after service completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law:

• ASAP Pest and Wildlife Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property discovered during inspection or service.
• Wildlife behavior is unpredictable. While we use proven methods, we cannot guarantee that animals will not return to your property after exclusion work is completed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
